Well St. Patrick’s Day just passed. Hope yours was fantastic!…or at the very least very O’kay. (come on that one was so bad it was good!)...By the way, St Patrick's day is the busiest day of the year for cab drivers. That’s a good thing, people being responsible. A bad thing if you're a cabbie without a bucket in the car....just sayin'
Well, after 244 years, Encyclopedia Britannica has announced it’s going out of print. True fact, at one point having a set of Encyclopedia Britannica books was considered quite the status symbol…Yeah, read all about it on Wikipedia. Ohhh…What, too soon?!…
Wednesday was “World Pi Day”…March 14th, 3/14 or 3.14. You gotta think Math teachers everywhere would have been so giddy about it. Yet, they had no class to share it with…. You win again March Break, you win again….well played.
Elsewhere, in relationships, it’s official Dick Van Dyke is a dirty old man. Dick just got married; To his 40 year old girlfriend. Dick is 46 years older then she is…Do the math on that one!
Talking dick. Random Happy Birthday wishes to Ron Jeremy. Ron turned 59 this past Monday. Now, if you don’t know who he is, ask Google NOT your Gramma. A: If Gramma doesn’t know and “Googles” him herself she will never be the same, or, B: What if Gramma does know, what if she knows Ron “personally”, you will never be the same…or at least never sleep again.
And finally, a new survey says 31 percent of people feel facebook has been bad for society. Read all about it on my facebook fan page….ha!

--Oh, P.S. A little personal moment for the P.S. this time around. As mentioned above St. Patrick’s Day just passed. Myself, I went out with some folks from work. When we did a Happy St. Pats cheers I came to the conclusion except for 2 of them, all of us were out for St. Pats with people we never knew till just a few months ago. We had a bit of a WOW moment. It was quite a reminder… you never know where life’ll take ya.
....A little bittersweet too, as I do miss old friends on celebrations & holidays like this. So to them, to paraphrase: May the road rise up to meet you. May the sun shine warm upon your face, and the rain fall softly on your fields...until we meet again :)
Whether with family & friends, new or old, hope your St. Patrick's Day was great!
